02 - Waist
Around the narrowest part (the point where your body bends to the side), measuring tape horizontal.
03 - Hips
Around the fullest part of your hips, measuring tape horizontal.
04 - Sleeve
Your hand on your hip, your arm bent at 90 degrees, measuring tape start from the middle of your back neck, across the shoulder, and stop at the wrist.
